You will not be charged GST on products or delivery (so the prices you see here will be 10% less), and the most secure yet cost-effective method of delivery will be tailored to your location.
You will receive a return email with an invoice for the total charge, and instructions on how you can make payment via a secure online payment gateway.
Most international orders are received within 10 working days.
Outside Australia, delivery is by Registered, Express or Insured Air Mail (whichever is most secure yet efficient and cost-effective for your particular location). Charges are calculated both by the weight of your products, the size of the parcel, and the location for delivery.
Please note: Pukka does not deliver to all countries. If in doubt, please review your country's import restrictions, or contact Pukka directly. In addition, some countries may charge import duty taxes, which are your responsibility.

PAYMATE
A secure, online payment gateway that will accept your Mastercard or Visa payment in Australian dollars. Your bank will debit the payment in your currency and send the required amount to Pukka. Please check with your bank for any currency conversion charges.
GIFT VOUCHERS
To use a Gift Voucher online, enter its unique identification number into the shopping cart, click 'Recalculate', and it will be applied to your purchase. Please note: Gift Vouchers being used online must be fully redeemed in one transaction - they cannot be part-used.
(Please note: if you have a Gift Voucher that was issued before September 30th, 2008 please contact Pukka for a new identification number, as previously issued vouchers will not work online. However, they can still be redeemed in store, by phone or email order.) |
